Protests must be made in writing and be accompanied by a fee of $25.00.  All appeals and protest will be settled by the Fair Board at the next meeting of the Board, when all parties involved will be heard.

Any person or group that conducts a protest action  must limit its activity to the location designated by the Scott County Agricultural Society.  The Fair Board has determined that any activist protests at the Scott County Fairgrounds must be held in the northwest corner of the Fairgrounds and may not extend beyond 100 feet of the corner.  This designated area is the only allowable space on the fairgrounds for any type of protest activity (chants, speeches, literature, etc.).
